Shipping 

At Thornbury House we like to offer the best service to our customers.

This includes a standard delivery charge of $4.50 per delivery delivered anywhere in New Zealand

Standard delivery takes between 2-5 days from despatch date anywhere in New Zealand.

Parcels are dispatched on Monday and Thursday

We will endeavour to despatch your order within 2 days of receiving payment.  No goods will be despatched without prior payment.

If you prefer to collect you order, then please email sales@thornburyhouse.co.nz and will can arrange to have this ready for you. Pick up is on Tuesday and Friday.

Returns

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Thornbury House, we are happy to offer you a credit.  We will only refund your purchase if the goods have arrived damaged or were faulty.

Returns must be made within 10 days of the original purchase.  We do not except returns of any product for a change of mind.

Merchandise must be in new condition and return freighting will be at the customers expense unless the goods are faulty or have been damaged before dispatch.
